I've been planning to photograph this for a number of years now and the first visit I made with the camera in tow, I got very lucky with beautiful evening side lighting and a sky peppered with detail. It's quite hard to photograph this area without having something out of place in the background, there sure is a few non photogenic buildings and shop fronts surrounding the roundabout. I feel the Georgian buildings in this view leading away down Queens Street sure do complement the Clock tower.
